The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking for family or friends easy, with a gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and everything you need to prepare meals at home. Pick up fresh Umbrian produce in Spello and enjoy the freedom of eating in whenever you choose.

Light and spacious, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed, comfortable armchair and beautiful valley views. A generous wardrobe gives you plenty of room to unpack, particularly welcome when you're staying a little longer.

There's also a TV with Netflix for slower evenings in.

The second bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and beautiful valley views you can enjoy without leaving the bed. Light and comfortable, it also has a large wardrobe and its own Smart TV, giving guests a little more independence within the apartment.

Bright and airy, the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and useful storage, giving guests in the second bedroom their own private bathroom.

The third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed, beautiful views and plenty of wardrobe space. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan make it comfortable through the warmer months.

Designed with sharing in mind, the family bathroom has two basins and sliding doors separating the toilet and bidet from the bath area, making busy mornings a little easier when everyone is getting ready at once.

You'll also find a washer/dryer here, particularly useful for families and longer stays.

The large terrace gives everyone even more room to spread out. Share breakfast or a home-cooked meal outside, gather for aperitivo before walking into Spello for dinner or simply find a quiet spot to take in the views.
